Careers

Looking for a job? We’re always on the lookout for talented designers, mavericks, child-prodigies, sweet-talkers, money-makers, reformers, daredevils, centipedes, entrepreneurs, spin doctors, and other geniuses.

What we look for
Don’t send us your resumé. Resumés suck. Instead, tell us what difference you’d like to make in the world. What gets you up in the morning and out on the dance-floor at night.

What you’re getting into

  • Variety: We work with a wide range of clients, from local theaters to blue-chip financial institutions. Typically, you’ll be working on several projects at the same time.

  • You’ll learn incredible things: Great designs are only a small part of our work. It all starts with a thirst for knowledge. To get under the skin of cosmetics we read up on Greek-Arabic medical traditions. To understand the energy market we arrange a celebrity death-match between Edison and Tesla. If you like (obscure) knowledge, you’ll fit right in.

  • Autonomy: If we we’re looking for sheep we would have moved to Iceland. You’ll be given broad tasks and goals, and we expect you to find creative and efficient ways to accomplish them. You’ll make decisions based on instinct and expertise, and will be given the flexibility to implement your own ideas.

  • Meaningful work: Our job is to grow businesses in a sustainable and ethical way. We don’t lie, we don’t cheat, and we don’t take shortcuts. The work you do each day is helping someone achieve their dreams and improve the world.

What now?
Write a short note that introduces yourself, and choose three examples of work you’ve done or would like to do. Wrap it up and send it by e-mail or snailmail. We usually get back to you within 30 days.
